Mayor Corbett recommended that thorough monitoring be conducted throughout and after construction to address the concerns of the neighborhood. The City Manager said staff will conduct regular meetings with the neighborhood to address their concerns. Council Member Galvan suggested that staff also contact the East Bay Municipal Utility District regarding their cleanup project. G.
