Resolution No. 95-120, Resolution Appointing Member to Board of Zoning Adjustments (District 1) - Orval Badger. (1019) Introduced by Council Member Galvan, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Myers, with Mayor Corbett absent (1) , and carried by a majority vote (6) . The City Clerk administered the Oath of Office. Council Member Galvan described Mr. Badger's many years of service and dedication to a variety of community activities. He said Mr. Badger has been a volunteer in San Leandro for the past -18 years and will be a valuable addition to the Board of Zoning Adjustments. Mr. Badger thanked Council Member Galvan for having the courage to nominate him and the City Council for having the confidence to confirm his appointment. He said he will do the best he can for the City. D. Resolution No. 95-121, Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with Woodward Clyde Consultants, Inc. , to Provide Geotechnical Field Services for Phase 2 of the Civic Center Renovation Project (provides for geotechnical field observation and on-site monitoring services during construction of Phase 2 of the Civic Center Renovation Project) . (2323) Introduced by Council Member Myers, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Loeffler, with Mayor Corbett absent (1) , and carried by a majority vote (6) . E. Matter of Authorization to Create New Classification of Property & Evidence Technician (requests authorization from City Council to create new classification of Property & Evidence Technician and to amend the Pay Plan to provide a salary range for said classification) . Minute Order No. 95-52, Motion Authorizing Creation of New Classification of Property & Evidence Technician. (1079) On motion by Council Member Perry, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Polvorosa, with Mayor Corbett absent (1) , and carried by a majority vote (6) , the City Council authorized the creation of the new classification of Property & Evidence Technician. Resolution No. 95-122, Resolution Amending Section 1 , Classes, Categories and Salaries of the Pay Plan (amends the Pay Plan to reflect new classification of Property & Evidence Technician) .
