Resolution No. 95-151, Resolution Appointing Member to Human Resources Commission (At Large) - Sheila Hill -Fajors. (2024) Introduced by Council Member Myers, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Perry, and carried by a majority vote (7) . Mayor Corbett said Ms. Hill -Fajors has been involved in fund raising and organizational operations and currently serves as Executive Vice President of the United Way of the Bay Area. She said Ms. Hill -Fajors will bring to the Commission her experience in creating partnerships in the community. The City Clerk administered the Oath of Office. Ms. Hill -Fajors said she is proud to continue her family's long legacy of community service and volunteering. D. Resolution No. 95-152, Resolution Re-Appointing Member to Human Resources Commission (At Large) - T. W. "Rick" Richards. (2024) Introduced by Council Member Myers, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Loeffler, and carried by a majority vote (7) . Mayor Corbett said Mr. Richards has made many positive contributions to the Human Resources Commission, and she thanked him for his involvement in many community activities such as Friends of San Leandro Creek. E. Resolution No. 95-153, Resolution Appointing Member to . Library- Historical Commission (At Large) - Susan Kleebauer. (1017) Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Perry, and carried by a majority vote (7) . Mayor Corbett said Ms. Kleebauer has been a practicing attorney since 1980, located in downtown San Leandro since 1991, specializing in family and criminal law. She's been a resident--since-1986 and has two . children. She is active in community affairs, serving on the Board of Directors of Kids Turn of Alameda County and the San Leandro Community Counsel . Mayor Corbett said she looks forward to utilizing Ms. Kleebauer's expertise on the Commission. The City Clerk administered the Oath of Office. Ms. Kleebauer said she hopes to continue to serve the City of San Leandro.
