Resolution of Commendation Recognizing the Contributions of Laython <br /> Landis, Personnel Relations Board, At Large. <br /> Mayor Corbett expressed appreciation for Mr. Landis' service to the <br /> community. <br /> C. Proclamation Declaring Fiscal Year 1995-96 The Year of the Pedestrian. <br /> Mayor Corbett read the proclamation. Kathy Ornelas, Community <br /> Relations Representative, said the "Year of the Pedestrian" will <br /> include a comprehensive program to keep people safe on our streets and <br /> in our community. <br />
