Removed from <br /> the Consent Calendar to New Business. <br /> J. Ordinance No. 95-018, An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of <br /> San Leandro Amending the Index, Section 1-1-304, The Index of Article <br /> 5, and Sections 1-2-500, 1-2-538, 1-2-542, 1-2-544, 1-2-546, 1-2-572, <br /> 1-2-580, 1-2-586, 1-2-588, 1-2-590, 1-2-624, 1-2-628, 1-2-630, 1-2-632, <br /> 1-2-640, 1-2-644, 1-2-646, 1-2-710, 1-4-1656, and the Residential <br /> Parking Standards of Section 1-4-1704 of the City of San Leandro Zoning <br /> Code. (1024/1099) <br /> Amends the provisions of the Zoning Code and the Zoning Map related to <br /> RO Residential Outer District to correspond to the requirements of the <br /> 0 Zone Outer District in the previous Zoning Code. Also amends the <br /> Zoning Code related to Accessory Structures and makes other <br /> miscellaneous Code changes to eliminate inconsistencies and improve <br /> customer service. <br /> - Adopted <br /> 7. NEW BUSINESS <br /> Items Removed from the Consent Calendar. <br /> 6.B. Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement with Collaborative <br /> Design Architects, Inc. , Related to the City Hall Cafe (provides for design <br /> and construction assistance for City Hall Cafe at Bayfair Mall ) . <br /> Council Member Perry said the name of the facility should be City Hall in <br /> the Mall . She said it is more than a cafe and the name should recognize <br /> its police area, community services, etc. She said it is not the City's <br /> intention to provide a cafe that will compete with other businesses but to <br /> provide City services. <br /> The City Manager said staff will provide the Council with a layout that <br /> displays the facility's public purpose. In response to questions, staff <br /> described the art wall , City information area, location of police officer, <br /> etc. Staff said the intention is to provide a friendly, warm atmosphere <br /> that invites the public to enter. <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> Resolution No. 95-182, Resolution Approving Contractual Services Agreement <br /> with Collaborative Design Architects, Inc. , Related to the City Hall Cafe <br /> (provides for design and construction assistance for City Hall Cafe at <br /> Bayfair Mall ) . (2323) <br /> Introduced by Council Member Perry, who moved its adoption, seconded by <br /> Council Member Galvan, and carried by a majority vote (7) . <br />
