(1076) Introduced by Council Member Perry, who moved that it be passed to print, as amended, seconded by Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by a majority vote (7) . Ordinance No. 95-036, An Ordinance Repealing Article 14 and Adding Article 14 to Chapter 5 of Title VII of the San Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Violations and Saving Provisions. (1076) Introduced by Council Member Perry, who moved that it be passed to print, as amended, seconded by Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by a majority vote (7) . B. Matter of Amendment to the Zoning Code (A-95-6) ; Amends and Adds Numerous Definitions, Expands Uses Permitted and Conditionally Permitted in Each of the Commercial and Industrial Districts and Amendments to Other Articles of the Zoning Code (amends the Home Occupation section; amends the Large Family Day Care section; amends the RO section on applicability of the previous Zoning Code; amends and moves the Fences, Walls, and Hedges section; amends the Outdoor Facilities/Outdoor Storage section; amends the Parking Requirements section; amends the Articles relating to Signs; Nonconforming Uses and Structures; Use Permits, Variances, and Parking Exceptions; Amendments; Appeals; and Enforcement. The Hearing was opened to the public. There being no comments from the public, on motion of Council Member Kerr, seconded by Council Member Loeffler, and carried by a majority vote (7) , the Public Hearing was closed. The following were then introduced: • Minute Order No. 95-80, Motion Certifying Negative Declaration as Complete and in Compliance with CEQA Guidelines. (1099/1024) On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by a majority vote (7) , the City Council certified the Negative Declaration for A-95-6 as complete and in compliance with CEQA Guidelines.
