CALL TO ORDER <br /> 2. ROLL CALL <br /> PRESENT: Council Members Galvan, Kerr, Loeffler, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Corbett <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> 3. PUBLIC COMMENTS <br /> None <br /> 4. APPROVAL OF MINUTES <br /> A. Minutes of the Special Meeting of November 27, 1995. Approved as <br /> submitted. <br /> B. Minutes of the Regular Meeting of December 4, 1995. Approved as <br /> submitted. <br /> C. Minutes of the Adjourned Meeting of December 12, 1995. Approved as <br /> submitted. <br /> 5. JOINT CITY COUNCIL/SAN LEANDRO REDEVELOPMENT AGENCY PUBLIC HEARING <br /> A. Joint City Council and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Public Hearing <br /> to Consider a Proposed Redevelopment Plan Amendment Relating to <br /> Extension of the Time Limit for Undertaking Redevelopment Plan <br /> Activities (Plaza 1) . <br /> This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above <br /> matter, Debbie Potter, Redevelopment Administrator, said these actions <br /> would extend the Plaza 1 Redevelopment Plan from December 28, 1995 to <br /> January 1, 2009, and allows projects to eliminate blight that would <br /> otherwise not be addressed. She described the four focus areas. <br /> The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> There being no comments from the public, on motion of Council Member <br /> Myers, seconded by Council Member Loeffler, and carried by a majority <br /> vote (7) , the Public Hearing was closed. <br />
