Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - February 1, 1993 Page - 19 - <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS (continued) <br /> The City Council directed the City Clerk to repeat the Motion and the <br /> following Motion was then approved: <br /> Minute Order No. 93-09. Matter of Appeal by William H. Kerry of the <br /> Planning Commission's Denial of A-92-02; Re-Zone from the I-P <br /> (Industrial Park) District to the I-2 (General Industrial ) District the <br /> West Side of Neptune Drive Northerly of Williams Street, Known as 2600 <br /> Williams Street, and 1770 Through 1791 Neptune Drive; Assessor's Parcel <br /> Numbers 79A-541-21, 36 and 37; City Council Resolution of Intention No. <br /> 92-120. (1099) <br /> On motion by Council Member Faria, who moved its approval , seconded by <br /> Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by the following called vote, the <br /> City Council granted the Appeal for A-92-02 and re-zoned the property <br /> to I-2, making the re-zoning ordinances operative only upon adoption of <br /> the new Zoning Maps for the City, and suspended all enforcement <br /> activity until such time as the Zoning Maps are operative. <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> The following Motion was then introduced: <br /> Minute Order No. 93-10. Matter of Appeal by Douglas T. Federighi of <br /> the Planning Commission's Denial of A-92-07; Re-Zone from the I-P <br /> (Industrial Park) District to the I-2 (General Industrial ) District; <br /> 2515 Through 2553 Williams Street, Douglas T. Federighi , Owner; and <br /> 2502 Williams Street, Associated Aerospace Activities, Owner; Located <br /> at the Northwesterly Corner of Williams Street and Aurora Drive; <br /> Assessor's Parcel Number 79A-541-17-2 and 18; Planning Commission <br /> Resolution of Intention No. 10-92-8. Mr. Meyers said the Minutes would reflect <br /> that, the way the Motion is drafted, the property essentially becomes <br /> I-G automatically, it never really becomes I-2. <br />
