Steve Meyers said Bay-O-Vista was developed in <br /> many phases, but the CC&R's generally prohibit the use of property for <br /> other than single-family homes, and those must be maintained in <br /> accordance with certain standards. <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> - Resolution No. 93-99, Resolution Certifying Negative Declaration of <br /> Environmental Impact, Approving Subdivision Improvement Agreement, <br /> and Approving Parcel Map 5845 (certifies Negative Declaration as <br /> complete and in compliance with CEQA requirements; approves the <br /> subdivision of a 1 .96-acre parcel at the easterly end of Montrose <br /> Drive for two, single-family residential units, Developer: Loong-Fah <br /> Lu and Li Chuan Chen; and approves Parcel Map 5845) . (2718) <br /> • Introduced by Council Member Faria, who moved its adoption, seconded <br /> by Council Member Kerr, and carried by the following called vote, <br /> the City Council approved the Resolution with additional Conditions <br /> to provide a barrier and landscaping in the area above Ms. Roberts' <br /> pool , to require landscaping on the crib walls, and to prohibit <br /> fencing the properties in such a manner as to obstruct the movement <br /> of wildlife through the site: <br /> AYES: Council Members Faria, Kerr, Myers, Perry, ( 4 ) <br /> NOES: Council Members Corbett and Polvorosa; Mayor Karp ( 3 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> 9. CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> A. Council Member Myers noted the Daily Review had incorrectly made a <br /> statement and shown a picture saying the San Leandro Fire Department <br /> was already consolidated. <br /> B. Council Member Corbett congratulated the Parks and Recreation <br /> Department and the Optimists' Club for a very successful City-wide <br /> track meet. <br /> C. Council Member Corbett spoke regarding the school clean-up program and <br /> said she was very impressed by the community outpouring and support and <br /> by the team assigned to the room which she helped paint. She said <br /> there were crew members from the USS Arkansas, and they did a wonderful <br /> job. <br /> D. Council Member Polvorosa thanked the City Council for coming to the <br /> Bonaire Civic League's meeting and showing their support for the <br /> community. <br />
