Resolution No. 93-106, Resolution Designating Placement of Stop Signs, Intersections, Hays Street at Williams Street, Title VI, Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code (provides for the replacement of a traffic signal with a 4-way Stop at the intersection of Hays Street and Williams Street) . Ordinance No. 93-010, An Ordinance of the City of San Leandro Amending Sections 6-4-100, 6-4-400, and 6-4-405 of the San Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Abatement of Abandoned Vehicles (amends the Municipal Code to read: "including highways" instead of "not including streets") . NEW BUSINESS Items Removed from the Consent Calendar. 6.C. Resolution Initially Accepting the Work for Dayton Baseball Field, Project No. 92-8630 (provides for initial acceptance of work from Gateway Landscape Construction, Inc. , and filing of Notice of Completion) . Council Member Kerr said this was a joint effort between the City, the Washington Manor Junior League, and the San Lorenzo School District, built on the Dayton School property now occupied by the Redwood Christian School . He said he received a call from the President of the League, who felt some work had not been done right. He said a meeting was held at the site with representatives from all the agencies and the contractor, and most of the items were included in the punch list. He said the League did not like the dirt in the pitcher's mound, and the contractor agreed to remove the dirt and let the League re-do it. He said this is a beautiful ball field behind the school .
