Matter of Nomination of Member to Library-Historical Commission (District 2) - Morgan Rice. Council Member Perry said it was her pleasure to introduce and nominate Morgan Rice. She said he has been active in Friends of the Library and the Bancroft Homeowners' Association. She said he will be replacing Marie Galvan and requested that a commendation be prepared for Mrs. Gal van. The following Motion was then introduced: Minute Order No. 93-42. Matter of Nomination of Member to Library- Historical Commission (District 2) - Morgan Rice. (1017) On motion by Council Member Perry, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Myers, and carried by the following called vote, the City Council nominated Morgan Rice to the Library-Historical Commission (District 2) .
