Council Member Nahm said Mr. Weisbrod had done his usual fine job on <br /> the Public Hearing tonight. <br /> • <br /> N. Council Member Perry said she and Council Member Kerr attended the East <br /> Bay Municipal Utility District Hearing on Saturday regarding Chabot <br /> Park. She said the park has become a staging area to fish, etc. , and <br /> the parking lot is used by those people. She said it was requested at <br /> EBMUD's Hearing that they reevaluate Chabot Park and how it is being <br /> used so that, when they do planning, they can assure it is not used as <br /> a staging area. <br /> 0. Council Member Nahm said the lease agreement was specific, that it is <br /> not to be used as the staging area, and he said there should be signage <br /> to that effect. He said this appears to be an enforcement issue. <br /> Mayor Faria said this matter could be reviewed with EBMUD. <br /> 10.
