(1156) <br /> On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval , seconded by <br /> Council Member Corbett, and carried by the following called vote, the <br /> City Council created and appointed the following people to an Ad Hoc <br /> Advisory Committee to Study the Implementation of the Proposed Marina <br /> Park User Fee: <br /> Associated Homeowners <br /> John Rucker <br /> Recreation and Parks Commission <br /> Kim Brockman <br /> Linda Lipman <br /> Richmond Marshall <br /> Shoreline Business Association <br /> Steve Elbe <br /> Vision Task Force <br /> Craig Bettencourt, Chair <br /> City Council Appointments <br /> Bob Glaze <br /> Carolyn Green <br /> Janet Mohr <br /> Morgan Rice <br /> Barbara Samaniego <br /> Joe Savio <br /> Lynn Vahey <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Kerr, Myers, Nahm, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Faria ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> D.
