They said they spend a <br /> good deal of money on security. He said Parkside Commons is a gated <br /> community, but the gates have never been closed. He said they intend <br /> to make restrictions and "cut the cancer" out of this complex. <br /> The following Motion was then introduced: <br /> Minute Order No. 93-58. Motion Authorizing Assumption of Bonded <br /> Indebtedness for Parkside Commons by San Leandro Advisors (authorizes <br /> transfer of repayment obligation for mortgage revenue demand bonds for <br /> 300-unit apartment complex known as Parkside Commons from 700 Market <br /> Associates XX to new owner, San Leandro Advisors) . (2497) <br /> On motion by Council Member Perry, who moved its approval , seconded by <br /> Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by the following called vote, the <br /> City Council authorized assumption of the bond indebtedness for <br /> Parkside Commons by San Leandro Advisors. <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Kerr, Myers, Nahm, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Faria ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> 7.
