An Ordinance Amending Title III, Chapters 6 and Chapter 7 of the San <br /> Leandro Municipal Code Related to Garbage Collection Within the <br /> Corporate Limits of the City of San Leandro (The proposed Ordinance <br /> would make the existing garbage collection provisions of the San <br /> Leandro Municipal Code applicable to all areas within the City limits. <br /> One effect of the proposed Ordinance would be to delete an existing <br /> exclusion from compliance with Municipal Code provisions relating to <br /> garbage collection that applies to areas within the City limits, but <br /> that are currently served by the Oro Loma Sanitary District) . <br /> City Attorney Meyers stated that Council Member Kerr does not have a <br /> conflict of interest and can vote on this matter, if he chooses to do <br /> so. <br />
