Bancroft Court: The City Council directed staff to change from RS <br /> to RM 2500. Requires renoticing and must go back through Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 23. Fremont Street: The City Council directed staff to change from I-G <br /> to I-L. Requires renoticing and must go back through the Planning <br /> Commission. <br /> 24. Sandev Mobile Home Park: The City Council directed staff to change <br /> from RM 3000 to RM 1800; staff noted it could be done with a <br /> Planning Commission hearing in January. <br /> 25. Neptune Drive, East Side, Adjacent to Corner of Marina: Staff to <br /> check for the accuracy and modify the Zoning Map to conform with <br /> previous rezonings in this area. <br /> 26. Marina Boulevard, South Side, East of Neptune, Rear Parcel : Staff <br /> to check for accuracy and change from RM 1800 to RO. <br /> 27. Aurora Drive, West Side: Staff to make sure it conforms with <br /> originally shown PD boundaries. <br /> 28. 250 - 2nd Avenue, Loquat Lane: Leave undesignated; staff to look <br /> at changes to Industrial Custom definition text and map changes to <br /> allow for heavier level of machine work in the area, closer to what <br /> was previously permitted in C-4. <br /> 29. Park Street Island: Leave I-L, no further contact with property <br /> owners required. <br /> 30. Halcyon Drive Strip Park Area: Change to Open Space. Can be done <br /> tonight because this is City property. <br /> The following Ordinance was then introduced: <br /> Ordinance No. 93-025, An Ordinance Repealing the City of San Leandro <br /> Zoning Maps Adopted May 22, 1961, and Amendments Thereto, and Adopting <br /> New Zoning Maps for the Entire City. (1024) <br /> On motion by Council Member Myers, seconded by Council Member <br /> Polvorosa, and carried unanimously, the Ordinance Repealing the City of <br /> San Leandro Zoning Maps Adopted May 22, 1961, and Amendments Thereto, <br /> and Adopting New Zoning Maps for the Entire City, was passed to print <br /> as modified and as described in Items 1 through 30 above. <br /> Introduced by Council Member Myers, who moved that it be passed to <br /> print, seconded by Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by the <br /> following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Myers, Nahm, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Faria ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: Council Member Kerr ( 1 ) <br />
