(1098) <br /> On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval , seconded by <br /> Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by the following called vote, the <br /> City Council continued the matter of CU-93-30 to the January 18, 1994, <br /> City Council Meeting. <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Kerr, Myers, Nahm, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Faria ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> 9. CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> The entire City Council wished everyone a safe and happy Holiday Season. <br /> A. Council Member Myers commented on the excellent boat parade held at the <br /> Marina. <br /> B. Council Member Myers noted Council Member Perry was elected to the <br /> Executive Board of Directors of the League of California Cities. <br /> C. Council Member Corbett also commented on the beautiful boat parade and <br /> on the decorations and holiday lights throughout the City. She noted <br /> the Women's Shelter is accepting gifts to wrap. <br />
