There being no further comments from the public, on motion of Council Member Myers, seconded by Council Member Kerr, and carried unanimously, the Public Hearing was closed. The following Resolution and Ordinance were then introduced: Resolution No. 93-263, Resolution Approving Findings of Exemption from California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) Regarding City Council Adoption of Amendments to the Business License Ordinance (finds that amendments to the Business License Ordinance are exempt from requirements of CEQA) . (1203) Introduced by Council Member Myers, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Corbett, and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Kerr, Myers, Nahm, Perry, Polvorosa; Mayor Faria ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) Ordinance No. 93-027, An Urgency Ordinance Repealing and Reenacting Chapter 2 of Title II of the San Leandro Municipal Code Relating to Business License Fees for the Usual and Current Expenses of the City and Making This Matter an Urgency Measure, to Take Effect Immediately (provides for annual adjustment of fees based on changes in the Consumer Price Index [CPI]) .
