These committees will be subject to the Brown Act. <br /> 1 . Mobile Home Policy Committee - Members Faria, Kerr, Perry <br /> 2. Finance Committee - Members Faria, Myers, Nahm <br /> 3. Redevelopment Committee - Members Faria, Perry, Nahm <br /> 4. Policy Committee - Members Faria, Kerr, Polvorosa <br /> 5. City Facilities Committee - Members Faria, Corbett, Polvorosa <br /> 6. Leisure Services Committee - Faria, Corbett, Myers <br /> COMMITTEES WITH THREE COUNCIL MEMBERS AND OUTSIDE MEMBERS <br /> DISSOLVED the following: <br /> 1 . Alameda County Hazardous Waste Management Plan Ad Hoc Committee <br /> 2. City Council , Board of Zoning Adjustments, and Planning Commission <br /> Corporation Yard Site Study Committee <br /> 3. Development Fees for Street Improvements Committee <br /> 4. Citizens Advisory Committee to Study Golf Course Complex <br /> Privatization <br /> 5. Marina Park User Fee Committee <br /> RETAINED the following, all of which will be subject to the <br /> requirements of the Brown Act. <br /> 1 . City and San Leandro Unified School District Liaison Committee <br /> 2. City and San Lorenzo Unified School District Liaison Committee <br /> 3. Disaster Preparedness Program Implementation Committee <br /> 4. San Leandro Partnership for Youth Safety <br /> 5. Mayor's Committee for Preservation of Human Rights and Against <br /> Racial and Religious Intolerance <br /> OTHER COMMITTEES <br /> RETAINED the following, all of which will be subject to the <br /> requirements of the Brown Act. <br /> 1 . Handicapped Access Appeals Board <br /> 2. Site Development Subcommittee <br /> 1 . Board of Appeals - 2 panels. The City Council directed staff to <br /> prepare an ordinance to consolidate these two panels back into the <br /> original Board of Appeals. <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Kerr, Myers, Nahm, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Faria ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />
