Resolution No. 94-50, Resolution Authorizing Submission of Claim to the Metropolitan Transportation Commission and Alameda County for Available TDA 4.5 and Measure B Funding Related to Subsidized Paratransit Program (provides for authorization to submit claim to the MTC and Alameda County for funding of taxi service for the City's subsidized transportation program) . (1980) Attachment: Letter from Human Resources Commission recommending approval of claim and its submission to the MTC and Alameda County. Introduced by Council Member Kerr, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Nahm, and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Kerr, Myers, Nahm, Perry, Polvorosa; Mayor Faria ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) 7. NEW BUSINESS The City Council approved the Consent Calendar with Item K removed. Item removed from the Consent Calendar. 6.K. Resolution of Final Acceptance and Release of Maintenance Bond for Thrasher Park Improvements, Project No. 91-8613 (provides for final acceptance of work from Vic Sotto Landscaping, Inc. , after completion of one-year guarantee period) . Council Member Polvorosa said he wanted to give special recognition to the fine work done on Thrasher Park. He said the park is now a facility which brings pride to the community. The following Resolution was then introduced: Resolution No. 94-51, Resolution of Final Acceptance and Release of Maintenance Bond for Thrasher Park Improvements, Project No. 91-8613 (provides for final acceptance of work from Vic Sotto Landscaping, Inc. , after completion of one-year guarantee period) .
