Matter of Amendment to the Zoning Code, Minor Text Revisions, Industrial Districts. This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, Kathleen Livermore, Associate Planner, Development Services Department, presented a report on the proposed Zoning Code changes in the Industrial Districts to allow vehicle equipment sales and rentals as a permitted use in the I-G District and to allow restaurants as conditionally permitted uses in all Industrial Districts. She said the Planning Commission asked for additional information on the third item so it had been deleted from the ordinance. The Hearing was then opened to the public. There being no comments from the public, on motion of Council Member Nahm, seconded by Council Member Polvorosa, and carried unanimously, the Public Hearing was closed. The following Ordinance was then introduced: Ordinance No. 94-06, An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of San Leandro Amending Sections 1-2-702, 1-2-704, 1-2-706, 1-2-708, 1-2- 710, 1-2-712, and 1-2-716 of the City of San Leandro Zoning Code (minor text code changes to the Industrial Districts to eliminate inconsistencies) . (1099/1024) Introduced by Council Member Myers, who moved that it be passed to print, seconded by Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Kerr, Myers, Nahm, Perry, Polvorosa; Mayor Faria ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 )
