NEW BUSINESS Matter of Adding Emergency Item to the Agenda Regarding a Closed Session Immediately Following the San Leandro Public Financing Authority and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Meetings, Regarding Litigation -- Sierra Club vs. City of San Leandro. City Attorney Steve Meyers noted that, following preparation of the Agenda, a matter arose to which the City is a party, and requested that the City Council approve the addition to the Agenda of a Closed Session to discuss litigation in the case of Sierra Club vs. City of San Leandro. The City Council approved the addition of this matter to the Agenda by the following motion: Minute Order No. 94-24. Motion to Add an Emergency Closed Session Immediately Following the City Council and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Meetings, Regarding Litigation -- Sierra Club vs. City of San Leandro. (2526) On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Kerr, and carried by the following called vote, the City Council approved the addition of an emergency Closed Session immediately following the City Council and San Leandro Redevelopment Agency Meetings, Regarding Litigation -- Sierra Club vs. City of San Leandro.
