Approval of Work Session Items Requiring Action. <br /> - Matter of East Bay Dischargers Authority (EBDA) Negotiations with <br /> Livermore Amador County Water Management Agency (LAVWMA) for Use of <br /> EBDA Capacity. <br /> Minute Order No. 94-34. Motion approving the terms and conditions <br /> included in EBDA's Formal Offer to provide an additional 14.2 MGD <br /> ADWF capacity to LAVWMA, and directing that a letter of opposition <br /> to SB 1653 be sent on behalf of the City Council . Report on Closed Session Actions Taken. <br /> • <br /> None <br /> F. The staff report previously scheduled for Work Session on the Matter of <br /> West Juana Avenue Reconstruction Project, East 14th Street to San <br /> Leandro Boulevard was presented by Bill Silva, City Engineer, and Gary <br /> Kruger, Transportation Administrator. <br /> They said the street needs to be reconstructed because it has <br /> deteriorated drastically. They described the features which would be <br /> included in the program, meetings which have been scheduled to obtain <br /> input from the community, and proposed traffic impacts and detours. <br /> The City Council asked a number of questions related to vehicle access. <br /> Staff said they would come back to the City Council at a July 18 Work <br /> Session after they had met with the affected businesses and property <br /> owners. <br />
