(1022) Introduced by Council Member Loeffler, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Galvan, and carried by a majority vote (6) , with Council Member Kerr absent (1) . - Ordinance No. 94-020, An Ordinance Deleting Parking Meter Zones, One-Hour Zones, Title VI , Chapter 1 of the San Leandro Municipal Code, East 14th Street. (1022) Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved that it be passed to print, seconded by Council Member Myers, and carried by a majority vote (6) , with Council Member Kerr absent (1) . F. Ordinance No. 94-021, An Ordinance Reclassifying Certain Property Herein Described as to Zoning District and Amending Zoning Map (A-94- 1) , 2100 Lewelling Boulevard, Sandev Mobile Home Park (provides for rezoning the property at 2100 Lewelling Boulevard from RM-2500 [Residential Multiple, up to 17.5 dwellings per acre] District to RM- 1800 [Residential Multiple, up to 24 dwellings per acre] District and amending the Zoning Map, as approved at the Public Hearing on February 22, 1994) . Approval of Work Session Items Requiring Action. a. Minute Order No. 94-41 . Matter of "Shop San Leandro" Program. (2774) On motion by Council Member Galvan, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by a majority vote (6) , with Council Member Kerr absent (1) , the City Council referred the "Shop San Leandro" Program to the budget process. b. Matter of Funding for Program with the Chamber of Commerce Regarding Economic Development and Retention. Mayor Corbett appointed herself and Council Members Galvan and Loeffler to an ad hoc committee regarding the Economic Development Advisory Board.
