Council Member Perry thanked staff, specifically Kathy Ornelas, John <br /> Klein, and Jim O'Leary, for their work with the neighborhood that was <br /> subject to the bombing. She noted City assistance had been offered to <br /> residents of the area. <br /> F. Matter of Reopening A-89-2 and Placing the Item on the March 16, 1992, <br /> City Council Agenda. <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 92-15 (1099) <br /> MATTER OF RE-OPENING A-89-2 AND <br /> PLACING THE ITEM ON THE MARCH 16, 1992 <br /> CITY COUNCIL AGENDA <br /> On motion by Council Member Faria, who moved its approval , seconded by Council <br /> Member Santos, with Council Member Glaze voting no, the City Council re-opened <br /> A-89-2, which had been tabled, related to re-zoning the Texeira property on <br /> Neptune Drive from I-P to 1-2, and this matter was placed on the March 16, 1992, <br /> City Council Agenda. <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: Council Member Glaze ( 1 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> G. Mayor Karp also thanked Kathy Ornelas for her work in the bombing area. <br /> He said he went out with her and met with property owners. He said <br /> funding came out of his emergency fund. He also thanked the Police <br /> Department and Fire Department. He said he had received nothing but <br /> compliments from the public on the professional , courteous service they <br /> had received. <br /> 11.
