Resolution Approving Agreement for Reimbursement for Implementing the <br /> Alameda County Urban Runoff Clean-Water Program (provides for <br /> reimbursement to the City for completing Fiscal Year 1991-92 tasks in <br /> the Storm-Water Management Plan) . <br /> Bob Taylor, Public Works Services Director, said in 1988 a group of <br /> Public Works Directors got together to discuss what to do about the <br /> Federal Clean-Water Act. He said they looked at the possibility of <br /> joint action and developed a program together. He said the program <br /> included most of the administrative, consulting, testing, etc. , <br /> services that needed to be done on a County-wide basis.
