Matter of Nomination of Member to Board of Zoning Adjustments (District <br /> 6) - Jeff McGallian. <br /> Council Member Myers said Mr. McGallian works for Matoza Roofing as a <br /> Partner and General Manager and has considerable community involvement, <br /> including serving as the Director of the Marina Faire Homeowners <br /> Association, Kiwanis, the schools, and considerable community <br /> involvement. <br /> Mayor Karp said it will be great to have Mr. McGallian aboard. <br /> The following Motion was then introduced: <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 92-38 (1019) <br /> MATTER OF NOMINATION OF MEMBER TO <br /> BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS <br /> (DISTRICT 6) <br /> JEFF McGALLIAN <br /> On motion by Council Member Myers, who moved its approval , seconded by Council <br /> Member Corbett, and carried by the following called vote, the City Council <br /> approved the nomination of Jeff McGallian to the Board of Zoning Adjustments <br /> (District 6) . <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> H. Matter of Nomination of Member to Personnel Relations Board (At Large) <br /> - Laython Landis. <br /> Mayor Karp said Mr. Landis has been involved in the community for <br /> years, including eight years as a member of the City Council , Vice <br /> Mayor of the City, one of the earlier members of the Oro Loma Sanitary <br /> District, and then organizer of TASA, and he congratulated Mr. Landis <br /> on his nomination. <br /> • <br />
