Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - June 15, 1992 Page - 24 - PUBLIC HEARINGS (continued) RESOLUTION NO. 92-168 (2575) RESOLUTION AMENDING THE DEVELOPMENT FEES FOR STREET IMPROVEMENTS FEE SCHEDULE Introduced by Council Member Faria, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Polvorosa, and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; Mayor Karp ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) RESOLUTION NO. 92-169 (1051) RESOLUTION ADOPTING CITY OF SAN LEANDRO BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1992-93 AND APPROPRIATING ALL REVENUE THEREFOR Introduced by Council Member Perry , who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Corbett, and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; Mayor Karp ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) The City Clerk noted that State law requires that the City Council verify that the City's Capital Improvement Plan is in conformance with the City's General Plan. Therefore, the following Motion was introduced: MINUTE ORDER NO. 92-58 (2713) MOTION STATING THAT CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROGRAM WAS SUBMITTED TO PLANNING COMMISSION AND DETERMINED TO BE IN CONFORMANCE WITH GENERAL PLAN On motion by Council Member Perry, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Corbett, and carried by the following called vote, the City Council stated that the Capital Improvement Program as proposed in the 1992-93 Budget was submitted to the Planning Commission and, by minute order, the Planning Commission has determined that the Capital Improvement Program is in conformance with the City's General Plan.
