Council Member Perry said the City Council sometimes loses touch with <br /> its Boards and Commissions and suggested special meetings be scheduled <br /> so the Commissioners and Council could communicate one-on-one. <br /> E. Mayor Karp said Ken and Linda Rawlings are going to be redoing the old <br /> Oakland Raiders practice field off Doolittle Drive at a cost of $325,000 <br /> to provide soccer fields, balifields and a clubhouse for the youth of <br /> Oakland and San Leandro. <br /> 10.
