CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> A. Council Member Myers noted that a couple of Saturdays ago he and Council <br /> Member Perry went on a tour of City parks with five members of the <br /> Recreation and Parks Commission, Dennis Smith and Dan Nagle. He said it <br /> was very informative and the parks are something to be proud of. He <br /> said he took his hat off to staff and the Commission. <br /> B. Council Member Corbett noted she had received a letter saying that the <br /> homeowners in the North Area would like to form a North Area Business <br /> Development task force. She said she would pass the information on to <br /> the City Manager for followup. <br /> C. Council Member Kerr noted recent graffiti activity in his neighborhood, <br /> with the "newowner" or "newover" symbol and asked Kathy Ornelas to look <br /> into it. <br />
