(2323) <br /> Introduced by Council Member Polvorosa, who moved its adoption, <br /> seconded by Council Member Kerr, and carried by the following called <br /> vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Kerr, Perry, Polvorosa; Mayor Karp ( 4 ) <br /> NOES: Council Member Faria ( 1 ) <br /> ABSENT: Council Members Corbett and Myers ( 2 ) <br /> 6C. Resolution Approving License Agreement, ATC Building Company (DBA Wells <br /> Fargo Bank) , 1298 East 14th Street (approves the continued use, <br /> operation, and maintenance of bank equipment and signage on Paseo Del <br /> Oro and Estudillo Parking Garage) . <br /> Council Member Faria said there was no termination clause in the <br /> Agreement and said he felt a termination clause was needed because <br /> circumstances might change within the, next 10 years. <br /> Steve Meyers, City Attorney, said the Agreement does provide for <br /> revocation of the License by the City if any problems occur. <br /> Council Member Faria said he concurred that the revocation clause was <br /> satisfactory for this Agreement but suggested all future agreements <br /> include a termination clause. <br /> The following Resolution was then introduced: <br /> Resolution No. 92-237, Resolution Approving License Agreement, ATC <br /> Building Company (DBA Wells Fargo Bank) , 1298 East 14th Street <br /> (approves the continued use, operation, and maintenance of bank <br /> equipment and signage on Paseo Del Oro and Estudillo Parking <br /> Garage) .
