Resolution No. 92-260, Resolution of the City Council of the City of San Leandro Adopting the Land Use Analysis Program, a Component of the Alameda County Congestion Management Program (CMP) (establishes a review and informational exchange process related to land-use impacts on the County-wide transportation system) . (2465) Introduced by Council Member Kerr, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Perry, and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; Mayor Karp ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) I . Resolution Approving Parcel Map 6356, 407 and 425 Estudillo Avenue (provides for re-subdivision of four lots into two lots; Developer, Andrew Maas) . Council Member Corbett asked why this parcel map is necessary. Bill Silva, City Engineer, said the mortuary needs additional parking. He said the map will create two parcels from four existing parcels, providing appropriate driveway easements and facilitating financing and use of the property. Council Member Polvorosa asked questions regarding the house to be demolished and ingress and egress to the parking lot. Mr. Silva and Ron Archer, the engineer for the developer, said a building and a house would be demolished. They said vehicles would enter the lot from Estudillo and exit on Santa Rosa.
