Motion Regarding Resolution No. 92-223, Approving Proposed Change to Lease Agreement with Mulford Gardens Improvement Association, and Revising the Minimum Term from One Year to Five Years (changes the minimum term of the Lease from one year to five years) . Myers, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Kerr, and carried by the following called vote, the City Council approved revising the Lease Agreement with Mulford Gardens Improvement Association, changing the minimum term from one year to five years.
