Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - November 2, 1992 Page - 10 - <br /> CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS (continued) <br /> He said he keeps a month-to-month record of all businesses moving into <br /> San Leandro, and the vacancy factor is about 7% in the industrial area. <br /> He said to date 604 new business licenses have been issued, and he gave <br /> information on them to the Chamber. He said the AT&T building has been <br /> leased by Scott Mechanical , and some other businesses are moving into <br /> the industrial area. He said he is moved to bring new businesses into <br /> town when he receives calls from unemployed people searching for jobs. <br /> 10.
