Resolution Initially Accepting the Work for Martin Boulevard Area Neighborhood Improvement District, Project No. 92-8332 (provides for initial acceptance of work from Gallagher & Burk, Inc. , release of bonds, and filing of Notice of Completion) . Council Member Perry asked what the five change orders on the project were for. Bill Silva, City Engineer, said they covered over-excavation, the removal of soft material , additional concrete work, and minor incidental work. The following Resolution was then introduced: Resolution No. 92-320, Resolution Initially Accepting the Work for Martin Boulevard Area Neighborhood Improvement District, Project No. 92-8332 (provides for initial acceptance of work from Gallagher & Burk, Inc. , release of bonds', and filing of Notice of Completion) . (2714) Introduced by Council Member Myers, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Kerr, and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Faria, Kerr, Myers, Perry, Polvorosa; Mayor Karp ( 6 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: Council Member Corbett ( 1 ) 6.G. Resolution Initially Accepting the Work for Sealcoat of City Streets, Fiscal Year 1992-93, Project No. 92-8323-1 (provides for initial acceptance of work from Valley Slurry Seal Company, release of bonds, and filing of Notice of Completion) . Council Member Faria said a resident on Daily Drive had complained to him about the slurry seal work done there, but he did not see Daily Drive listed as one of the streets on which work was done. Mr. Silva said work had perhaps been done as a small extra job. He said he would speak to the complainant. Council Member Kerr said the residents of Washington Manor are very happy with the cape seal work done there.
