MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-1 (1156) MOTION REGARDING APPOINTMENT OF CITY COUNCIL, BOARD OF ZONING ADJUSTMENTS, AND PLANNING COMMISSION CORPORATION YARD SITE STUDY COMMITTEE On motion of Council Member Glaze, seconded by Council Member Faria and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; Mayor Karp ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) The City Council approved the appointment of the City Council Board of Zoning Adjustments, and Planning Commission Corporation Yard Site Study Committee and charged them with the task of studying and making recommendations on matters relating to re-use of the former Corporation Yard site as soon as possible. The Committee consists of the following: David S. Karp -- City Council Ellen M. Corbett -- City Council Julian P. Polvorosa -- City Council Joanne Mattoon -- Board of Zoning Adjustments Kent W. Myers -- Board of Zoning Adjustments Richard Van Tuyle -- Board of Zoning Adjustments Robert Berger -- Planning Commission Vernon Hesseltine -- Planning Commission Lee Ness -- Planning Commission In response to questions by the City Council , the City Manager indicated the Committee's responsibilities were specifically related to the Corporation Yard site only. C. MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-2 (1115) MOTION REGARDING CITY COUNCIL DOWNTOWN PARKING COMMITTEE REPORT On motion of Council Member Perry, seconded by Council Member Polvorosa and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; Mayor Karp ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) The City Council approved the Downtown Parking Committee recommendation that all changes summarized in the section of the Committee report entitled, "Summary and Recommendation" remain in place without change or modification.
