MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-4 (2047-2) MOTION APPROVING MEMORANDUM OF UNDERSTANDING FOR COMPLIANCE WITH AB 939 THE CALIFORNIA INTEGRATED WASTE MANAGEMENT ACT OF 1989 On motion by Council Member Perry who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Faria and carried by the following called vote, the City Council approved the Memorandum of Understanding for Compliance with AB 939, the California Integrated Waste Management Act of 1989, and authorized execution by the City Manager. AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; ( 6 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: Mayor Karp ( 1 ) D.
