RESOLUTION NO. 91-43 (2668) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP FOR <br /> TRACT 6290 <br /> AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY MANAGER TO EXECUTE A <br /> PARKLAND IN-LIEU FEE AGREEMENT <br /> 532-538 CALLAN AVENUE <br /> DEVELOPER, DAMIR RAFANELLI <br /> Introduced by Council Member Faria who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Corbett and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> N. Motion Approving the Artwork for the Entry Arch on East 14th Street. <br /> Council Member Corbett said she felt that, although both positive and <br /> negative comments had been received by the public, the majority of those <br /> comments supported the Arch Way and art work. <br /> Council Member Santos said he felt the comments were balanced, however, <br /> he said he felt the art work did not truly capture the whole of San <br /> Leandro and that in the future more public input should be received on <br /> such matters. <br /> Council Member Perry pointed out that the art work and Arch Way are one <br /> component of numerous improvements in the North Area. <br /> Council Member Glaze asked if it would be possible to sell smaller <br /> versions of the art work to interested persons. <br /> The following Motion was then introduced: <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-19 (2667) <br /> MOTION APPROVING THE ARTWORK <br /> FOR THE ENTRY ARCH ON EAST 14TH STREET <br /> On motion by Council Member Corbett who moved its approval , seconded by Council <br /> Member Glaze and carried by the following called vote, the City Council approved <br /> the artwork for the Entry Arch on East 14th Street. <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos ; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br />
