MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-20 (1362) MOTION AMENDING SAN LEANDRO BOYS' CLUB LEASE AGREEMENT On motion by Council Member Polvorosa who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Glaze and carried by the following called vote, the City Council amended the San Leandro Boys' Club Lease Agreement (Resolution No. 90-241 , December 17, 1990) to: change the name to the San Leandro Boys' and Girls' Club; provide for an initial term of 25 years with no cancellation clause; and provide for a 10-year option period with a one-year cancellation clause. AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; Mayor Karp ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) P. MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-21 (1413) MOTION REGARDING BUILDING SECURITY ORDINANCE AND BUILDING SECURITY STANDARDS On motion by Council Member Glaze who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Corbett and carried by the following called vote, the City Council directed the City Attorney to prepare an Ordinance related to building security for consideration at a future City Council Meeting. AYES: Council Members Corbett, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa; Mayor Karp ( 5 ) NOES: Council Members Faria and Santos ( 2 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) 7. PUBLIC HEARINGS None Scheduled. 8. CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS A. Council Member Corbett noted that a store adjacent to her place of business had been taking carts that did not belong to the store and moving them onto the sidewalk across the street from the store. She asked that this be looked into. B. Council Member Polvorosa thanked Caroline Rueda and Angelo Chiurato for their recent tour of railroad crossings provided for representatives of homeowners associations. C. Council Member Perry thanked the staff, the City Council , and the Mayor for assisting with her Town Hall Meeting.
