Leigh <br /> Alameda County Probation Department Representative <br /> Bill Swann <br /> Ex-Officio Members <br /> Dick Randall , City Manager, San Leandro <br /> Dick Tubbs, Superintendent, SLUSD <br /> Staff Resources <br /> Lee Lundberg, Attendance and Welfare Supervisor, SLUSD <br /> Jim O'Meara, Juvenile Sergeant, SLPD <br /> Mayor Karp said, if the Committee was approved, the first meeting would <br /> occur on April 22. <br /> Council Member Perry said all meetings would be open to the public and <br /> public input was desired. She said it was important that people from <br /> all different groups participate. She reiterated that the purpose of <br /> the Committee was fact finding, not policy setting. She also described <br /> information on the safe schools model plan from Sacramento that she had <br /> obtained for discussion. <br /> Council Member Corbett also said it would be an open process and the <br /> selection procedure considered all names that were submitted. She said <br /> everyone must work together and set aside their differences to make <br /> something happen. <br />
