Matter of Combined Public Hearing; 850 Thornton Street (Former Del <br /> Monte Research Site): <br /> (a) PD-90-5 PDP; Planned Unit Development; Precise Development Plan; <br /> and <br /> (b) Tentative Map. Tract 6410; for 31 Single-Family Homes; Former Del <br /> Monte Research Site; 850 Thornton Street; Assessor's Parcel Number <br /> 75-47-15; R-1-PDC (Single-Family Residence - Planned Development <br /> Combining) District; Pacific Union Ventures. <br /> This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above <br /> matter, June Catalano, Planning and Building Director, explained that <br /> in January 1991 the City Council had approved rezoning of the subject <br /> site from General Industrial to R1-PDC, the project was consistent with <br /> the General Plan, and the matter before the City Council was the Precise <br /> Development Plan and the Tract Map. <br /> The Hearing was then opened to the public. <br /> There being no comments from the public, on motion by Council Member <br /> Faria, seconded by Council Member Santos, and carried unanimously, the <br /> Public Hearing was closed. <br /> The following Motion was then introduced: <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-49 (1009/2684) <br /> MATTER OF COMBINED PUBLIC HEARING <br /> 850 THORNTON STREET <br /> FORMER DEL MONTE RESEARCH SITE <br /> PD-90-5 <br /> On motion by Council Member Faria who moved its approval , seconded by Council <br /> Member Glaze and carried by the following called vote, the City Council approved <br /> PD-90-5. <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> • <br />
