Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - June 17, 1991 Page - 18 - <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS (continued) <br /> MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-55 (1136) <br /> MATTER OF SD-91-2 <br /> MOTION DENYING APPEAL OF <br /> FOSTER DAIRY FARMS, 1770-1776 NEPTUNE DRIVE <br /> On motion by Council Member Santos who moved its approval , seconded by Council <br /> Member Polvorosa, and carried by the following called vote, the City Council <br /> denied the appeal of Foster Dairy Farms of the Planning Commission denial of SD- <br /> 91-2. <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos ( 5 ) <br /> NOES: Council Member Faria ( 1 ) <br /> ABSENT: Mayor Karp , ( 1 ) <br /> 9. CITY COUNCIL COMMENTS <br /> A. The entire City Council thanked Caroline Rueda, Community Relations <br /> Representative, for all of her hard work and assistance over the years. <br /> They 'congratulated her on her retirement and said she will be sorely <br /> missed by everyone. <br /> B. Council Member Polvorosa complimented the Recreation Department for the <br /> great job that was done on the Cherry Festival . He said it was the <br /> best Cherry Festival ever. <br /> C. Council Member Perry extended her compliments for the outstanding Flag <br /> Day ceremonies. <br /> 10.
