Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - October 21, 1991 Page - 3 - <br /> PUBLIC COMMENTS (continued) <br /> - Ted Lastiri , Resident of Mission Bay Mobile Home Park, 233 Santa <br /> Susana Street, said he agrees with the City Council 's proposal to <br /> form a committee. He described problems that have occurred in the <br /> past in dealing with the mobile-home-park owners. <br /> - Herb Anthony, Resident of Mission Bay Mobile Home Park, 111 Santa <br /> Teresa, said the Park is the finest run park in the area. However, <br /> he said he does not have a legal group to represent him when a <br /> problem arises. He said he would like to see a committee formed and <br /> thinks all of the parks in San Leandro need a committee they can go <br /> to and discuss problems. <br /> - Paul Defenbach, Western Mobile Home Association, said the City <br /> Council Committee should look at the costs involved in rent control , <br /> and he noted costs in Hayward's program and said he would be happy <br /> to provide information on Hayward's program and the costs for other <br /> cities' programs to the City Council . <br /> 6. CONSENT CALENDAR <br /> A. The minutes of the meeting of October 7, 1991 were approved as <br /> submitted. <br /> B. RESOLUTION NO. 91-224 (1026) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH THE <br /> SAN FRANCISCO BAY CONSERVATION AND DEVELOPMENT COMMISSION <br /> RELATING TO PUBLIC ACCESS REQUIREMENTS FOR <br /> MULFORD POINT RIPRAP REPAIRS <br /> PROJECT NO. 91-8668 <br /> Introduced by Council Member Faria who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Santos and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: Council Member Glaze ( 1 ) <br />
