Council <br /> Member Perry said voting no would be a second option if the Tri-Valley <br /> Plan is not approved. <br /> Mayor Karp said the Bay Vision 2020 program is an important issue and <br /> encouraged Associated Homeowners and San Leandro citizens to become <br /> informed on this program because it will have a regional impact. <br /> The City Council concurred with Council Member Perry's recommendation. <br /> H. Mayor Karp announced the 238 flyover to I-880 would be open tomorrow. <br /> I. Mayor Karp said the Capitol Corridor Train will take its first run from <br /> San Jose to Sacramento on December 10, and he will attempt to get <br /> tickets for the City Council . <br /> 10.
