RESOLUTION NO. 91-253 (1983) RESOLUTION APPROVING SAN LEANDRO MARINA LEASE POLICY Introduced by Council Member Santos, who moved its adoption, seconded by Council Member Corbett, and carried by the following called vote: AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; Mayor Karp ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) D. MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-109 (2557) MATTER OF COMMUNITY PRESERVATION ORDINANCE On motion by Council Member Santos, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Faria, and carried by the following called vote, the City Council approved the revised Community Preservation Ordinance but took no further action to adopt the Ordinance, pending the outcome of the Financial Plan for San Leandro's Future. AYES: Council Members Corbett, Faria, Glaze, Perry, Polvorosa, Santos; Mayor Karp ( 7 ) NOES: None ( 0 ) ABSENT: None ( 0 ) E. MINUTE ORDER NO. 91-110 (1055) MATTER OF 1992 MUNICIPAL ELECTION On motion by Council Member Glaze, who moved its approval , seconded by Council Member Santos, and carried by the following called vote, the City Council : (1) Approved payment of deposit for Candidate's Statements at time of submittal of Nominating Papers. (2) Concurred on approach for pro-rating Candidate's Statements costs; i .e. , School District costs may be less than those for City Council seats, depending upon the actual cost. (3) Determined that the City Council will not be submitting a direct argument on the Measure to be on the April 14, 1992, Ballot. (4) Determined that rebuttals will not be permitted to the direct arguments on the Measure. (5) Concurred with the approach for providing Handicapped Access at polling places.
