Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - February 5, 1990 Page - 4 - <br /> I <br /> RESOLUTIONS (continued) : <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90-16 (1002) <br /> RESOLUTION SUPPORTING PROPOSED EXTENSION <br /> OF SERVICE TO DUBLIN/PLEASANTON <br /> BY THE BAY AREA RAPID TRANSIT DISTRICT (BARTD) <br /> Introduced by Council Member Glaze who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Santos and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Faria, Glaze, Jardin, Perry, Santos, Suchman; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 90-17 (1272) <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE DESTRUCTION <br /> OF SPECIFIC RECORDS <br /> Introduced by Council Member Suchman who moved its adoption, seconded by Council <br /> Member Glaze and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Faria, Glaze, Jardin, Perry, Santos, Suchman; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> Council Member Perry discussed a meeting which had been held recently with the <br /> Huntington Park residents. She said there were still numerous problems in the <br /> Springlake Tract with raveling and bald spots in the slurry seal . The City <br /> Council asked a number of questions related to the one-year guarantee period for <br /> the project and what types of corrections still needed to be made. <br /> The City Council directed staff to prepare a report within the next two weeks <br /> outlining the deficiencies in the project, and within three weeks, report . <br /> regarding what can be done to resolve those deficiencies. <br /> On motion of Council Member Perry, seconded by Council Member Santos and carried <br /> unanimously, the Resolution Accepting the Work for Slurry Seal City Streets, <br /> Fiscal Year 1989-90, Project No. 89-8322, was continued to the City Council <br /> Meeting of February 20, 1990. <br />
