Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - February 5, 1990 Page - 5 - <br /> ORDINANCES PASSED TO PRINT: <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 90-02 (1413/1022) <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 6-1-505 OF TITLE VI, <br /> CHAPTER I OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> RELATING TO TRAFFIC CONTROL, HANDICAPPED PARKING <br /> Introduced by Council Member Perry who moved that it be passed to print, seconded <br /> by Council Member Glaze, and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Faria, Glaze, Jardin, Perry, Santos, Suchman; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 7 ) <br /> NOES: None ( 0 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> ORDINANCE NO. 90-03 (1413/1022) <br /> AN ORDINANCE AMENDING SECTION 8-1-210 OF TITLE VIII , <br /> CHAPTER I OF THE SAN LEANDRO MUNICIPAL CODE <br /> RELATING TO CITATIONS; VIOLATIONS <br /> Introduced by Council Member Jardin who moved that it be passed to print, <br /> seconded by Council Member Perry, and carried by the following called vote: <br /> AYES: Council Members Faria, Jardin, Perry, Santos, Suchman; <br /> Mayor Karp ( 6 ) <br /> NOES: Council Member Glaze ( 1 ) <br /> ABSENT: None ( 0 ) <br /> MISCELLANEOUS: <br /> a. On motion of Council Member Suchman, seconded by Council Member Glaze and <br /> carried unanimously, the City Council approved the Marina Boulevard <br /> Improvements as reflected in Case V, described in Work Session (Case I and <br /> Case II improvements without the extension of Teagarden Avenue from Montague <br /> Street to Alladin Avenue) . The Council directed staff to pursue the funding <br /> of the extension of Teagarden Avenue from Montague Street to Alladin Avenue <br /> on a priority basis. <br /> b. On motion of Council Member Faria, seconded by Council Member Jardin and <br /> carried unanimously, the City Council approved the Marina Master Plan Program <br /> and directed staff to proceed with its implementation. <br /> c. Matter of Proposal to Modify Expiration Dates of Board and Commission Terms. <br /> Council Member Suchman made the motion for the City Attorney to prepare an <br /> Ordinance to provide for the expiration of Board and Commission terms to <br /> coincide with the expiration dates of the nominating Council Member. The <br /> motion failed for lack of a second. <br /> d. On motion of Council Member Jardin, seconded by Council Member Glaze and <br /> carried unanimously, the City Council approved the Redevelopment Agency <br /> Annual Report, 1988-89. <br />
