Matter of A-89-12; Rezone from I-2 (General Industrial ) to the I-P <br /> (Industrial Park) District Property Located on the East Side of Neptune <br /> Drive, Including 1650 Neptune Drive, a Triangular-Shaped Parcel at the <br /> Northerly End of the Street; and a Strip of Land Between the Spur Track on <br /> the East and the Neptune Drive Right-of-Way on the West; a Portion of <br /> Assessor's Parcel Numbers 79A-541-33, 39-2, 41-2, 41-3 and 15-1; Planning <br /> Commission Resolution of Intention 11-9-89. <br /> This being the time and place for the Public Hearing on the above matter, <br /> Gaye Quinn, Acting City Planner, indicated the purpose of this Public Hearing <br /> was to consider rezoning the last pieces of property on Neptune Drive that <br /> are presently zoned I-2. She said there are four pieces of property, only <br /> two of which are developable. One of those already has a development which <br /> meets the I-P standards.
