Minutes - San Leandro City Council Meeting - July 2, 1990 Page - 18 - <br /> PUBLIC HEARINGS (continued) <br /> c. Matter of Negative Declaration of Environmental Impact for Work by Kellogg <br /> Co. , 2040 Williams Street. On motion of Council Member Santos, seconded by <br /> Council Member Perry, and carried unanimously, this matter was continued to <br /> the City Council meeting of July 16, 1990. <br /> MISCELLANEOUS (continued) <br /> e. Council Member Perry noted that an opening exists on the Human Resources <br /> Commission, District 2. She also noted that she had brought a City of Hayward <br /> recycling box to the City Council office but the janitor had thrown it away. <br /> f. Council Member Faria discussed a War on Drugs Initiative which he requested <br /> the City Attorney review. He also discussed the City of Oakdale Fights Back <br /> Program and said he had copies of Resolutions for distribution to the City <br /> Council . <br /> g.
