Council Member Perry noted that the whole Council may want to review the <br /> matter of telecommunications in the future. <br /> p. Mayor Karp wanted to know if there were any impediments to Costco's expansion <br /> plans and asked for a report. The Mayor also asked for a status report <br /> regarding the lumber company on Neptune Drive. <br /> q. Christine Scobee, 495 Superior Avenue, indicated she had met with the <br /> Environmental Quality Control Board regarding possible contamination of the <br /> San Leandro Creek and noted that the creek was dry when the sample testing <br /> was conducted. She also indicated that several San Leandro homes' property <br /> lines were in the middle of that tributary and asked that the City continue <br /> to monitor the creek area to assure that there were no pollutants.
